How to draw silly people

So you want to draw some silly people, huh?
Well, here are some of the steps I take when drawing SillyArt people.

 

Step 1

Grab a pencil with an eraser..
Draw a head with ears. You can pretty much make it any shape you like.
Round, oval, peanut, whatever shape you like....
add some ears...
