How to draw silly people

So you want to draw some silly people, huh?
Well, here are some of the steps I take when drawing SillyArt people.

Step 2

Draw some eyes.. I always liked drawing big eyes..
You can make them small, big, uneven... use your imagination!
As you can see below one set of eyes go outside the lines of the head.
another has different sized eyes and I turned another into glasses.
Usually if I want someone to look scared or crazed, I'll draw bigger eyes..
